Let’s be honest, Photoshop can be a pixel-based nightmare. If there are many ways to accomplish the same task, why do so many feel wrong? Whether it’s a “quick retouch” that deteriorates into an abstract painting or a misfit character that never receives that “spark” of life, Photoshop is a utility that often feels more like a curse than a blessing... But what if we told you we could help dispel some of its mysterious magic?
Enter Photoshop wizard, Joel Santana!
AIGA Tampa Bay is excited to announce Adding Life with Color and Light, a workshop with one of the Tampa Bay Area’s finest illustrators. We’ll slide into some PSD layers with Joel to learn useful tips that any designer or illustrator will use regularly to give their work that extra something special. Participants are encouraged to bring laptops, tablets, iPads, and questions to this extended working session! Don’t be shy though, as we only have a total of 40 spots available.
This workshop is a live, in-depth version of Joel’s Skillshare class that was just released on February 6th! We will be raffling off a one-year Skillshare membership to encourage everyone to continue learning on this awesome platform. AIGA members will automatically receive one free raffle ticket. Additional raffle tickets will be available for $5 for members and non-members.
Let’s all take our Photoshop skills to the next level in Joel Santana’s class, Adding Life with Color and Light.
